At Select Covers, we focus on semi custom covers. Our mission is to provide a great fit cover at an even better price. We’re determined to help customers save hundreds of dollars on fully custom covers that are overpriced, un-returnable, hard to install and sometimes made from poor quality fabrics.

Semi custom covers are an awesome option for customers looking for a solid cover, good fit and a great price. But they’re not perfect, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order and would like to exchange or return it, please carefully read our policy below.

EXCHANGING YOUR SELECT COVER

If your cover doesn't fit or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, no worries we can help. You can exchange your order easily by filling out a simple ticket explaining what’s wrong with the cover.

Once a ticket is filled out, and the exchange has been approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the cover and ship out the new cover at no cost.

Please remember exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging or your exchange can be denied. Also please remember our policy allows customers to try the cover out as soon as they receive it and exchange it if they are not happy, free of charge. All orders are final after 30 days of original order date. Because our exchange policy is so generous, the 30 day deadline is strictly enforced.

Customers also have 7 business days to report a defect item. Past 7 business days, damaged items can no longer be exchanged and will be considered a warranty claim.

RETURNING YOUR SELECT COVER

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund, we can help as well. You can return your order easily by filling out a simple ticket explaining what’s wrong with the cover.

Once a ticket is filled out, and the return has been approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the item back to us. Once the cover arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Orders returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee to help clean up, package and re stock the item. We have the most generous return policy in the industry. Most of our competitors are demanding higher restocking fees and shipping charges as well.

Please remember returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging or your return can be denied. And again, Select Covers will process all returns and refunds within 30 days of original order date. After 30 days all orders are final.

CANCELING YOUR SELECT COVER

If you need to cancel your order or If you are not 100% satisfied with your shopping experience or the return & exchange policies, we allow customers 24 hours to cancel their order free of charge. Once an order is canceled within 24 hours, customers receive a full refund. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used to place the order. Once the 24 hour processing period passes, it is impossible to cancel the order because the order has already been packaged or shipped. At this point we can either return or exchange the order.

 

Holiday Return Policy

We will be extending our return period for any orders between November 23rd until December 25th. Any orders placed between those dates will be able to be returned or exchanged their order up until January 15.
